El Árbol de los Anhelos
Codex of Human Rights

english

El Árbol de los Anhelos is an ongoing codex of thirty illuminated paintings, each structured around one article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Through calligraffiti, a fusion of calligraphy, typography, and graffiti, the written word becomes light, gesture, and collective memory.
The codex unfolds as a visual manuscript on dignity, language, and shared human structures.
